Your report is tailored to your situation. If you already live in the property, the report focuses on practical improvements — furniture placement, colours, and cures for each room. If you're considering buying or renting, the report evaluates whether the property suits you and gives a clear recommendation. If you're planning a renovation, the report guides optimal room allocation and design choices. All reports include a Flying Stars chart analysis, personalised Kua number assessment, and priority actions.

No. The report is written in plain language and explains each recommendation clearly. No prior knowledge of feng shui is required.

AI QiLogic uses pre-calculated Flying Stars charts — the same mathematical method used by classical feng shui practitioners — rather than relying on the AI to compute them on the fly. The AI's role is to interpret the chart and provide recommendations based on your specific property and personal details. The more information you provide (room positions, blueprint, occupant details), the more tailored the analysis.

All fields beyond the basic property direction and year built are optional. The report will still be generated, but with more general recommendations. We encourage filling in as much as you can for the most useful output.

We cast the chart from the whole building's facing; your unit's front door is treated as an inner door and only sets the door position. The period is taken from whichever is later — the tower's completion year or a major renovation — and a structural renovation of your own unit counts. Floor-number five-element theory (1/6 water, 2/7 fire…) is not applied: schools disagree too widely on its weight for us to state it as fact. If your report fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, we will provide a full refund. As reports are digital content generated instantly upon payment, we are generally unable to offer refunds once the report has been successfully delivered.
